The Meyer Najem brand wasn’t reflecting the care they show during the customer experience. Meyer Najem lacked a cohesive message and visual standards to create trust for their clients. Each piece of sales material, proposal, customer-facing documents and sales pitch all communicated different messages. Together, we set out to clarify their message to tell a consistent story that reflected their care for community.
We defined the target profiles, mapped pain points and solutions, developed a market position and crafted a clear, unique message: strength in community. Then we brought a fresh look to every aspect of the visual brand, from colors and style to typography, icons and photography. Finally, we placed everything into a Brand Asset Website so the Meyer Najem team is aligned on communications as additional materials are created.
